The Fr. Joe Moniz Educational Fund 

To benefit the students of St. Philip the Apostle School 

Fr. Joe Moniz served St. Philip the Apostle Parish for 20 years as our pastor. To honor his legacy of supporting Catholic education, we have established an endowment fund in his name at the Catholic Community Foundation of Los Angeles to support the educational needs of all St. Philip the Apostle School students. 

This fund is owned, invested and managed by the Catholic Community Foundation of Los Angeles, distributions from the fund will be made to St. Philip the Apostle School upon the school’s request. 

Donors to the Fr. Joe Moniz Educational Fund will receive a gift receipt from the Catholic Community Foundation of Los Angeles for tax purposes. 

How to donate to the fund:

AT THE BASH: During the paddle raise, raise, your bid number at the amount you wish to contribute and that will be charged to your account. 

BY CHECK: Simply write a check to St. Philip the Apostle School with the amount you wish to contribute and note CCF-LA: Fr. Joe Education Fund" in the memo line

ONLINE: Go to the Catholic Community Foundation Los Angeles Website, click on "Donate Now" and select the Fr. Joe Moniz Educational Fund.
